Set
Up: Saturday, September 23, starting 7:00 AM
till 9:00 AM
Retail
Booth Fee: $100 for 6¡¯ table (10¡¯x10¡¯space) and
2 chairs
Food
Booth Fee: $200 for 2, 6¡¯tables (10¡¯x10¡¯space)
and 2 chairs. You have to have your own health permit. You are responsible for
your own food permit with the Tacoma Pierce County Health Department. TPCHD address is: 3629 South D St. Tacoma, WA
98408. TPCHD telephone is: 253-798-6500. All food vendors must turn in a copy of their
food permit with APCC by no later than August 10, 2017. No refunds of any payments by August 15,
2017. We can help you with TPCHD if
needed.
Nonprofit
Booth Fee: $50 for 6¡¯ table (10¡¯x10¡¯ space).
Deadline: Applications with payment are due asap on a first paid first served
basis. Full payment must accompany your application. No refunds after August 15, 2017.
Asia Pacific Cultural Center
Mission and Rules:
Our mission is to bridge generations and
communities through art, culture, education and business.
We reserve the right to refuse
any group space.
All display materials are the
responsibility of the vendor and must fit within your space.
You cannot tear down your booth
before the end of the festival at 6:00 PM.
No refunds for inclement
weather or other reasons after August 15, 2017.
All Booths must be set-up and
ready for the public by 9:00 AM for the public on September 23, 2017.
Everyone is expected to be
kind, and courteous to others all throughout the event. Please be respectful at all time.
